Back with another product from iSoi (I'm SO Intelligent) from the BNT Box I received in February. Such a perfect opportunity to be able to receive this in the box because I've been running out of Serum for the past month and my skin has been acting up a lot lately as I've been getting pimples here and there all over my face. So, does this product actually help to reduce blemishes?
This ISOI Bulgarian Rose Blemish Care Serum comes in a 35 ml sized frosted glass container with pump top to dispense the serum. Not a travel-friendly product I would say as the glass packaging feels really heavy and fragile. You just wouldn't want to drop this as you would probably break the container, or your ceramic flooring at least. Though, I would say that the packaging is super pretty and luxurious when you get a hold on it. I really like the pump top as it is really convenient to use and of course a lot more hygienic rather than having to dip in your fingers every time to scoop out the product.
The one thing I really like from ISOI brand is how it emphasizes that it uses 'No Harmful Chemicals'. No parabens, synthetic colors & fragrance, PEGs, Mineral oils, Propylene Glycol, Silicones, EDTA, Cinnamate. Although I'm not sure what half of those are, no harmful chemicals still means better skincare. Kekeke. I guess I could say that, right?
The serum is a transparent gel with light and watery texture. You'll need one full pump to cover the whole face. It feels really light, in fact I think is super great for me, or you, who live in a tropical country as this serum sinks into my skin within seconds. It is so far the fastest absorbing serum I've ever tried so far.
The most important thing is that it doesn't leave any sticky or greasy feeling but smooth hydrated skin. Although it doesn't feel hydrating enough for my dry combination skin. Definitely great for summertime! -I do live in a country with eternal summer, so that means it's good to use everyday- I'm just loving the texture and consistency so much, especially when it smells like a rose garden, so heavenly!
What does it claims to do?
- Improves uneven skin tone, blemishes and pigmentation
- The natural vitamins from Bulgarian Rose Oil and arbutin are used as whitening agents and clear up red skin tone. These natural vitamins also fill the sunken areas with moisture
- Natural anti-trouble ingredients including centella asiatica prevent clogged pores and quickly calm sensitive skin
- 24 hour-lasting skin hydration
I've been using this serum for the more than a week now and I am glad to say that I love it! My skin has been acting up a lot lately and so I've been getting a lot of pimples here and there. Surprisingly, this product does help in reducing those imperfection on my face. I also think that it's a great serum to put on right after hot shower because it soothes and hydrates my skin just right the second I apply it on. My skin feels and look a lot better with this serum as it is instantly moisturized.
Not so sure about improving uneven skin tone though, because I think I would need to use it longer to see if it actually works. Will be updating again when I have something I need to add or when I am done with this bottle. Overall, I'm loving it! In fact I think it is just the right serum I really need right now. Although I would be thinking twice if I am to repurchase when I am done with this one, since it is not that affordable plus blemishes currently aren't my top skin concerns.

ReplyDeleteCan't agree more! I also love anything related to rose, mostly because it always smell heavenly.. Yes I know iSOi is still not that famous, but I think the branding is kinda good, maybe it's just new? :)
