Hello everyone! Today I have a new review for you, the Amaranth Messaline Vibrant Shimmering CC Cream. Remember the last time I reviewed their Messaline Ultra Hydrating Cream that I liked so much? I was excited to try the CC cream.
An all-in-one calibrating cream which make up at once by the excellent absorption to the skin.
This CC cream combines both skincare and makeup at the same time, as it nourishes skin while keeping the skin moisturized all day long.
It has a little grey cast to it. The greyness goes away once it's blended and oxidized though. I was quite disappointed though, not only because of the grey color, but also because the consistency is kinda thick, making it a little difficult to blend onto the skin. Such a shame. I need to blend it in with effort, but the nice thing is that once it blends in, it blends really perfectly onto my skin. Leaving a really nice and natural finish on me.
It feels like I don't have any makeup on as the finish is so natural, but then the blending time definitely makes this CC cream not a good choice for quick everyday routine. Also, if I accidentally put on too much, it can get cakey easily, especially on drier skin areas..
Oh well, this one is just a so-so product for me. Too bad because their Messaline Ultra Hydrating Cream was such a great product!
