KLAIRS Blemish Cream and Concealer

Hello everyone! In case you missed it, I have a good news! I am finally starting a new youtube channel yayyyyy!! I uploaded my first video there. Go check it out if you haven't! Please like and subscribe, that would mean a lotttttttttt to me, you know that! Click here to check it out!

P.S. It's a makeup tutorial, I know you're gonna love it! Let's just hope it won't be long until you see a new video.

Today I have another review for you, It's the new Klairs Illuminating Supple Blemish Cream SPF40 PA++ and the Klairs Creamy & Natural Fit Concealer. I am so excited to try this since Klairs is one of the most famous korean brands in the internet, and they just launched the concealer! So excited!!

The one thing I like the most from this Illuminating Supple Blemish Cream is that it revolutionized the grayscale shade of many korean BB creams. You know how most BB creams have that annoying grey undertones to it? I hate those. This one is definitely a winner because it is among those very rare BB creams with yellow undertone!

The shade is just perfect for my skin. It blends in seamlessly, leaving a super natural no-makeup-but-better look to my skin. Although sometimes I do prefer a lighter BB cream to brightens up my complexion but I'm still okay with this. If you have warm undertones (typical asian skin) and a fan of BB cream that gives natural looking skin with light coverage, this is the one! I highly suggest you to try it!

The Klairs Creamy & Natural Fit Concealer, on the other hand, is just okay to me, definitely not a favorite. The color itself is perfect, it fits my skintone perfectly, so it is actually an excellent choice for covering blemishes all over the face. The problem is, I usually just don't do it. I need concealer mostly for my dark under eyes area, so this one is not gonna be used much.

Also, I find that it doesn't really provide much coverage, like I wished so, and the formula is a bit drying. Might be just fine for those with oily skin, and might be even better for those with darker skin to double this up as under eye brightener. But this one clearly didn't work good on me.

Let's just get straight to swatches and see how well these duo performed.

I purposely showed you the left side of my cheeks with more blemishes to show how they worked. As you can see, the BB cream gave a really natural result on me, it blends in perfectly without looking as if I had put makeup on my face. Such a winner for casual days when I want to look effortlessly gorgeous as if I woke up with perfect skin.

Oh, almost forgot to mention, the BB cream actually leaves a semi-matte finish with a little bit of healthy glow. So, it is actually great if you are a fan of matte skin. Truthfully speaking though, this is actually why this BB cream is not a favorite of mine.

I prefer dewy finishes, no, I am crazy about moist glossy dewy skin. That's why with this, even though I am loving the perfect undertones it had, I feel like I am missing out on something with this. I need that glow! Too bad. But if that's the case, then I am pretty sure, if you are looking for semi-matte BB cream or you just simply have oily skin to begin with, try this one, especially if you are into BB cream with light coverage for natural finish! You'll love it!
