HERA UV Mist Cushion is a one of the most highly raved
product in Korea. Many Korean beauty bloggers are mentioning it as their
favorite, and it really does make me curious, not to mention that I am addicted
to cushion foundation. I finally got mine in the shade C21, Cool Vanilla in
Cover series.
HERA sells their cushion in a box packaging that comes with
a refill, so one should last you for quite some time. The packaging is one of
the prettiest I have, with pearl white finish and purple touch on the sides.
Really feminine and gorgeous!
Texture of the cushion is a little heavier since it focuses
on covering imperfection on the skin. The coverage it gives is medium,
buildable but be careful since too much product can result in cakey finish.
Actually I find it difficult to work, especially when the skin is extremely
dry. So, if you have dry skin, you might want to reconsider picking the cover
series and choose the natural series instead. But when you moisturize well, it
works really well covering imperfections and brightening the skin.
Despite claiming to have 12 hour long-lasting effect and
being sweat proof, it doesn’t leave a matte finish when applied. It provides a
little bit of moisture to the skin, and leave a beautiful sheer glow. Nothing
too much. I love love love the glow it gives. Together with its brightening
properties, it’s one I would pick when I want to look bright and flawless. If
only, I have picked the natural series, I feel like it would be the perfect
cushion, since I don’t really need much to cover.
Overall, it’s a great cushion, and if you are looking for a
cushion foundation with glowy finish, brightening finish and good coverage,
this is a must-try!
