Too Cool For School Glam Rock Series

Too Cool For School Indonesia just launched a new line, the Glam Rock series on halloween last week! I got invited to their grand launching and gifted a few of the products. So, today I'll be sharing a few of the products I received with all of you.

They are so pretty that I was inspired to create a Fall/Winter makeup look using the products, I'll focus more on that on the next post, in the meantime, let's check out the Glam Rock series!

The first product I want to talk about is the gorgeous eyeshadow single, Too Cool For School Glam Rock Urban Shadow. Mine is in #5 and #11.

#5 has a very buttery smooth texture and amazing pigmentation while #11 is a little bit chalkier and is less pigmented. #5 is a versatile bronze brown shadow which can be easily used for daily or smokey eyes effect. I wish #11 would be as good as #5 but the burgundy color is soooo pretty. I am sooo into it. If only it has better texture, sigh ....

The second product is the Too Cool For School Brow Express Eyebrow Kit, which is an eyebrow palette consisting of eyebrow primer, two-colored eyebrow powder, and 3 mini brushes.

It might be a good palette to pick if you prefer a super natural looking eyebrow because the finish is very soft and barely there. I personally still prefer eyebrow crayon/pencil over powder but surprisingly I quite like this one, mainly because it is so soft and natural that you don't really need all that extra effort to make sure that the eyebrows are not cakey/too thick. And so, it is the perfect eyebrow product for no makeup makeup or soft daily makeup look.

Last but not least, with the most exciting item from the whole Too Cool For School Glam Rock Series, the Vampire's Kiss Lipsticks. I got mine in the shade #1 Bloody Kiss, bold red color and #2 Red Velvet, dark burgundy color.

Vampire's Kiss lipstick provides lasting lip color with a satin finish, it is also infused with rose flower water, tomato peel, pomegranate, mango, pineapple, papaya, and mangosteen extract to help soothe and plump the look of the lips. One think I really like from this lipstick is how moisturizing and plumping it is, while being long lasting at the same time.

#1 Bloody Kiss has a very smooth texture and is uber pigmented while #2 Red Velvet is not as pigmented and might look patchy if not blended well. Although I kinda like how Red Velvet has a translucent kind of finish, making the bold dark color looking rather natural when applied. It is especially pretty as a gradient color on the inside of the lips. Sigh, I am just in love with the color so a little patchy is okay for me! :P What do you think?

Anyway, getting these products inspired me to do a Chic Burgundy Fall/Winter look and I love how it turned out! I will post more details about the look soon on the blog, in the meantime head over to my Youtube channel for the video :) Subscribe if you haven't already so you don't miss the next video I'm going to upload!

Using Brow Express on eyebrow, Urban Shadow #11 on eyelid, Vampire's Kiss lipsticks #1 & #2 on the lips.

The Glam Rock Product launch was held exactly on Halloween, 31st October 2016. It was super fun with lots of beauty enthusiasts joining. The event was super well organized and we also get to learn new makeup technique from the makeup demo that day. What I really enjoyed from the event was the chance to be able to try out all Too Cool For School makeup products, even the ones from different lines. Thank you for inviting me.

What do you think of Too Cool For School Glam Rock series?
