I just realized that I have a few reviews sitting on my draft! Oh well, today I am back with another review and this time it's the Tony Moly Tony Lab AC Control BB Cream, an oil-cut BB cream.
Claiming to cut oil, this BB cream to has light and feather-like texture, with matte but moisturizing finish. This BB Cream works to even out and cover the skin, helping skin look flawless.
It only comes in one shade, and it is super natural! It has a peach undertone to it, not pink, so yay to that since I have yellow skintone.. and it blends into the skin nicely, it doesn't leave any white cast or grey tones to the skin. It also leaves a matte but moisturizing to the skin just like how it claims to be! I think it could be a great choice for those with oily skin.
Damn, it covers really well eh? The other thing I am super intrigued about this BB cream is how it stays put even when I sweat. When I did the swatches on the back of my hand, this BB cream didn't melt or wash-off when I wash my hands with water. I even tried dabbing the water off from my hand with tissue but I can't really see any transfer on the tissue (well, don't rub though).
The only drawback I have with this is that, I have a dry combination skin. Most of the time, I have dry flaky skin, especially on my cheeks and forehead and with this, it just accentuates them all. A big no for me! But when my skin is in its best condition, this BB cream is great for a quick flawless skin finish. So, sadly I don't recommend this for those with dry skin but you should check it out if you have oily skin and loves matte natural finish!
